Dear Brother,

Sister Ann Rappelye, the wife of Brother Tunis Rappleye of Corn Creek has written to me, asking for a divorce. She States that she has suffered from his abuses and the abuse of his family, for many years, and that she has been advised by her bishop to write to me on the subject. Please enquire into the truth of the matter, and let me know with regard to it, and if she ought to have a bill, send for one.
