A Sister by the name of Celia L. Way-- formerly your wife, has written to me, asking for her two boys to be restored to her, which she states you gave to her at the time of her divorce, and two years afterwards, during her absence you took them away from her mother's house at Bountiful. I should be pleased to hear from you as to the truth of this statement, and any further particulars, you have to give respecting it.
