Elder A.N. Hill
Wellsville. Cache Co.,

Dear Brother:

Your favor of the 6th inst addressed to President Young lies before me. The president this morning started on a preaching tour through Utah, Juab Sanpete Cos., leaving me to reply to his letters. I would say that as the President is not expected back much before conference, and I cannot myself give you any answer to the matter to which you refer. I presume it would be best for you to confer personally with the President on the subject when you come down to conference. I can say, however, that at present there is scarcely anything doing at the Tithing Store.

Your Brother in the Gospel.
Geo. A. Smith
