Your favor of the 17th inst. has reached me my advice to you is to call on Elder John Brown who has charge of the Saints in the region of country where you live his address in care of A.J. Kershaw 2006 North 14th Street St. Louis Mo. Council with him and give heed to whatever advice he may deem wise to give you. By so doing you will best accomplish the desires you express in your communication to me.
