Dear Brother.

I am perfectly willing for yourself and bro. Holbrook to continue trading at Fillmore if you will walk into line with the rest of the co-operative stores, and be guided by the same regulations that control all other members of the association in their deal and trading.

The constitution and by laws of the company are now under consideration and as soon as decided upon you will, no doubt, have the opportunity of becoming acquainted with them. There will be nothing therein but what every person who is interested in the welfare of Israel will cheerfully subscribe to

Your brother in the Gospel.
