I learn that Bishop Raleigh has advised you to apply to br Winchester's bishop (br Davis of the 17 Ward) and have him see br. Winchester with regard to the difficulties you apprehend from his selling the house in which you now reside.

I think you cannot do better than take this course, and have Bishop Davis investigate and settle the matter, and report to me thereon.
