Enclosed please find blank bill of divorce for William and Sarah Ann Hutchings. She states that she was advised by Elder Erastus Snow to apply to me for a divorce. If you find her statement correct, have the bills signed and duly witnessed; give him the duplicate, her the triplicate, and and return the original with the money for payment to this office.
