Dear brother:-

Your letter of the 22nd inst enclosing one from Elder S.F. Lee reached me this morning.

I have written to Elder S.F. Lee, releasing him from his appointment to preside at Levan.

You can take Elder Samuel Pitchforth, and a few other good men -- such as your judgment shall dictate you -- to go with him to Levan, and let him preside there for the present. If the appointment of br. Pitchforth does not suit, take some other good man and appoint him to the position.
