Dear Sir:-

In consequence of the frequent changes that have been made in the engineers in charge of the work in Echo Canon, we have occasionally experienced considerable difficulty in getting our work measured up.

For this reason I would ask, if consistant, that the division of Mr. T.H. Bates be extended so as to include Echo canon as far as my contract extends
