Elder Eli B. Kelsey has written to me, wishing to buy the tithing potatoes in Tooele at $1.00/100 per bushell, cash. If he takes all the tithing potatoes in the county he can have them on those terms; but not if he only wishes a part.

Report to me the number of bushells he receives, as I have advised him that payment is to be made at this Office
