Dear Bro:-

Enclosed please find Deed of a piece of land which a bro. George C. Wade is now living on in the 2nd Ward of this city. The title is in bro Louis Gerards name and he lives with your ward, but the property was sold to Wade by bro & sister Daniel Law of your ward, and as bro Wade was not able to full pay for the place I had the deed made to Ed Hunter as the T. in T. has advanced part of the money & will make deed to Wade when he refunds that amount. Bro Gerard should sign the deed & it should be duly
witnessed <& acknowledged) before a notary public or the county recorder and returned to me. Will you have the kindness to see to the matter and when properly completed to return the deed to me.

Your bro in the Gospel of Peace
