Dear Brother:-

Last evening President B. Young attached his signature to the Lease of that land. I only obtained the particulars of the agreement on which to base the lease at 7 p.m. on Thursday evening <last> & altho I wrote out the document that same evening, yet I was unable to get it signed owing to the absence of the President until Friday evening -- that is last evening.

It now awaits the signature of the second party.
