Dear Bro:
The Proprietors of the Theatre Building at Provo City, wish to borrow money from me thereon. I would thank you to see Bro. Nuttle, ascertain if there is any lien on that property, other than a mortgage of $3000.00 held by Lewis (a recent partner); if there is not, please to have a deed drawn up correctly & duly recorded, deeding the property to Brigham Young Sr. & forward to me as soon as practicable.
