Dear bro:-
You may occupy and use lots seven (7) and Eight (8) in Block Thirty five (35) Plot A. of the Survey of this city, with the Improvements, at a monthly rent of Twenty three Dollars ($23.) Currency payable at the expiration of each month, And if you will pay me Eleven Hundred & fifty Dollars with all arrearages of rent on or before the expiration of Twelve Months from date I will sell and deed the same to you.
