Charles Fox & others
Chicago:

Gentlemen,

It is a pleasure to hear of people becoming convinced of the excellency of the truth. By embracing the same & remaining stedfast therein, generally the way opens up for the Saints so that they are enabled to gather with the body of the Church, but the expense of emigration is defrayed by themselves. There are exceptions to this, but that is when people have proved their integrity for a lapse of years & still continue unable to help themselves.

If you wish to extend your investigations I would respectfully refer you to Mr. John Brown 2006 Nth.14th St. St Louis who will cheerfully afford you all the information in his power.

Yours very respectfully.
Brigham Young
