In reply to yours of the 5th inst. about a wholesale Co-operative Store in S.L. City; I will say that an association has been formed by the name of "Zion's Co-operative mercantile Institution" but as it is difficult to get goods in the Winter time, we thought it best to defer sending until the spring.

In the meantime you can purchase goods from our Merchants in this city, who are members & who sell at a discount of from 20 to 40 per cent, discount.
