Dear Bro:-
The "withdrawal of the money" you allude to (in your letter to me of the 16th inst.), must be done by presentation of the draft which your brother still holds. If you will write to your brother & countermand said draft, & have him send it to the Office at Liverpool, or return it here, then you can draw the money; but, to pay the money to you, & leave the draft in your brother's hand for him to draw on the Liverpool Office whenever he saw fit to emigrate, is more I think than you will expect when you give the subject due reflection.
