In answer to your letter relative to sis. Ann Smith -- her present condition, treatment from her husband, and other circumstances, if you are willing to appear for her before the High Council prepared with her charge against her husband, Mr. P. Smith, and can produce testimony to substantiate the same, being able to prove what you allege against him, let the case be brought before the High Council.
