Dear Bro:-

I sincerely hope this will find you in the enjoyment of peace and health and every requisite blessing.

I have written to day to Elder Heber J. Richards, who is studying Surgery in New York, instructing him to apply to you for such means as he may require, & that you would advance the same for me. This is to advise you to that effect. We wish Bro. Richards to have every facility afforded him, in order to perfect himself in his studies so as to be prepared to engage in the practice of surgery & also to instruct others here at home.
