Dear Bro:-

I read your letter to President Young who instructed me to answer it.

We have received pay for only a portion of the Nov. estimates yet; & none for Dec. & Jan.

You will have your pay as soon as we can get it; at present, funds are exhausted. I send this without the President's signature as he started south too early to sign it.
