I read your letter to Prest young, who instructed me to write to you, to go into the Co-operative system of business & to adopt the sign of the "Zion's Co-operative Mercantile Institution".

I send this to you without the President's signature as he started too early this morning to attend to it.

He went to Provo, & will not return for several days.
