Dear Bro;

Your letter has come to hand in which you quote the following passage from the Book of Mormon, "Behold I am Jesus Christ. I am the Father and the Son." And you puzzle yourself to find out whether the Saviour was <the> Father or the Son. Why not let the language speak for itself: It is plain and straightforward enough. I will ask you. Have you had a father

Have you had a son? If so does that not constitute you a father and a son? And why would not the same facts apply with the Savior. It is perfectly right to app to the Father in the name of "There is no other name given among men whereby we must be saved."
