Mr. Gosseline requires the enclosed Vouchers, viz Prest Young's Written orders as follows:--

which I have been instructed to attend to: but as I understand, when these vouchers are payed to Mr Gosseline I ought to receive from him the sub-contractors Receipts for an amount equal to each of the above orders:-- this is to request you to get them & send them to me at once, & to deliver the above orders to Mr. G. immediately.

If it is so that you can, I would be pleased to learn what the prospect is of getting a full pay roll of the Temp. Line work & the whole accounts settled up for that business.
