Dear Bro:-

In answer to yours of the 13th inst., I will say that if' yourself and brother will bring into the County, say, some two thousand first class Sheep, that will probably be doing as much good, as would be done by your brother going South; and when that is done we will excuse him from the Dixie Mission. But in the mean time we wish you to settle further West than you are now, say perhaps in the Lower Sevier.
