Dear Sir:-

In another letter dated yesterday, I asked for an estimate of all my Railroad work for January, and also up to 20th Feb. instant. I would however say that I very much wish, as soon as possible, to obtain a final estimate of all my work, from the head of Echo to the mouth of Weber; so that I may be able to settle understandingly with all of my sub-contractors.
