Mr. Gosseline

Dear Sir:-

I forwarded to Mr. Frost at Echo on the 17th inst. for you, a number of B. Young's orders in favor of Young & Sharp & others, requesting that you forward to me the receipts of the subcontractors in whose favor those orders were given on you, as you requested, as per your acct., which were given to you when the supplies were issued, but have received no word from Mr. Frost nor from you. I would be pleased to learn from you whether you received those vouchers, and if you will be pleased to forward those subcontractors vouchers.

Also I would be pleased to receive from you the whole of your Account against Hon. Brigham Young for supplies for January immediately, and as soon as possible up to date, or the end of February. I trust after this date no person whatever will be allowed to draw from you on his account, unless a written or telegraphic order is first obtained.

Respectfully

T.W. Ellerbeck
