Dear Sister:-

Your letter to me of the 19th has been received. I am always grieved when I hear of difficulties among the Saints, more especially family difficulties; I feel willing as far as I have ability, to do what I can to alleviate them.

I cannot of course judge of the case entirely without hearing both sides, but I can say this much, -- If you want a Bill I am perfectly willing you should have it.
