Messrs. Jno. J. Cisco & Son,
59 Wall Street, New York City.

Gentlemen:-

Your favor of 3rd inst. is received enclosing Statement of my Account, and Third of Ex. Brown, Brothers & Co for £3797.9.4.

From the evidence I must conclude that Mr Carrington's communication was in error as to the draft being at 6 months sight, which would have been very inconvenient; and with your explanations, if the draft is paid at 60 days, it will be perfectly satisfactory, as it matures sufficiently early for the use to which it is designed.

Respectfully Yours,
Brigham Young
