S.B. Reed Esq. Gen'l. Supt. of Construction U.P.R.R. Echo

Dear Sir:-

Your favor of 12th. inst to President Young, with final estimates of Work from Head of Echo to Mouth of Weber was received in the absence of the President, who is south, and will be gone some days. The estimate from Mr. Bissell is also to hand.

We also received Statement of work done to January last, from Mr. Morris sections 552 to 557, which is beyond Bear River, but it is not a Final estimate of the work done on those sections, and I mention that work, because you did not refer to it in your letter.

I hear that the money has arrived at Echo to settle up with us,--it is very much enquired for.

Very respectfully yours,

T.W. Ellerbeck,
