Dear Bro:-

Your letter to Prest. B. Young has been received; he has gone South, but I will say, to my certain information he has already advanced more money on Railroad work than the Company have paid him.

Neither does he know how soon the Company will pay up, though present appearances would indicate

that the money will be forthcoming before long.

Still the President is willing to help along all he can, and, I think, if you will obtain & forward Bro. Snow's Note to this office, he may advance the amount thereof for the Emigration of your relations.

Your Brother in the Gospel
Geo. A. Smith
