Dear Sir:

In your Final Estimate of the work in Echo opposite Stakes 1149 00 11 (Seth Dustin) there is $900. placed in the column of Extra work. Now in September last Mr. Barney gave him credit for
33 days teaming c6    198.00
299 " labor 3               897.00
                        Total 1095.00

which, as it was not contract work, and we were the agents merely, through which that extra work was paid, the whole sum $1095.00 was promptly paid to him in full. I presume the team work was simply omitted in making out the Final for Echo. and <as> I paid him in full -- the omission will entail a loss on President Young of $195.00 if it is not corrected. When corrected, the total amount Extra work in Echo foots up to $48.328.90 instead of $48.133.90 as you gave it. Please <have it> corrected accordingly.
