Dear Sir:-

I wish to know if you are still owing Seth Dustin anything yet on the Temporary Line or Porter Creek or grading.

There is an acct of $310.14 which, I wish to secure, and in the mean time I will charge it against the balance due you.

I also expect you to come in and bring a full Account of what you received on the above Day work so we can pay you up or vice versa.

If you owe Seth Dustin anything I expect you to hold it.
