Dear Bro:-

Your letter of 3d inst. about John Barker and his 'second wife,' was received by President Young. If the bill is still wanted, it is requisite that her maiden name be furnished, so as to make out the bill full as usual, which was not given in your letter.

If you authorize the answering of our correspendence by any person other than yourself, it is requested that instead of such person signing your own name, he sign thus:-- "By order of Bishop Chauncey W. West, ----- Clerk, or Secretary." as the signatures to some of your letters are evidently not your own.
