Dear Bro:-

Yours of the 14th inst concerning Railroad dues has been received.

We can fully sympathize with you on this subject but neither myself nor Sharp & Young can pay others till we get our pay. When this will be, we do not know. We are urging for payment by every means in our power & I sincerely hope for the benefit of all concerned that a final settlement will be had at no distant date.
