Dear Bro:-

Your letter to me of the 16th inst. about immigration has been received
We anticipate there will be a considerable immigration this year.

The probable cost from Liverpool to Ogden will be $100. & from Liverpool to New York about $40.00.

It is considered wisdom now to delay the immigration until the latter part of August or early in September.

All persons sent for now must have their passage money paid in full by those sending for them -- as the prospect is at present that the P. E. F. can do no more this season.
