A report having reached us that Bro. W. H. Miles had met with a serious financial embarrasment. We would like to know what are the facts in the case & if he is involved at all -- to what extent. Mr. Agar of N. Y. is said to be accquainted with the facts.

We would be pleased to have you enquire of him & is such men as are knowing to the facts. & also of Bro. Miles himself, if you are not already informed, and let us know as soon as convenient.
