Dear Brother:-

Enclosed please find draft No. 1940 on A. Carrington Esq. 42 Islington Liverpool, England, for Twenty five Pounds Sterling. (£25.0.0) The draft is made payable to your order; it will therefor be necessary for you to sign your name under the endorsement which I have written on the back of the draft, then forward to the parties of England you wish to receive the money which will be paid to them on presentation.

The money for said draft was paid into the office by A. M. Musser Esq. viz $175.00 U. S. Currency
