Dear Bro:-

We wish you to organize a choir for the New Tabernacle & hereby request you to forthwith take steps to this end.

Select from the old choir and search around the City wherever there is any musical talent & try whether we cannot get up a right good choir.

Mem.-- The President started this morning for Provo without signing this but it is written at his instigation & almost in his own words, I thought therefore I would send it so that you might prepare yourself.
