Dear Bro:-

As considerable excitement has grown out of the difficulty between Sis. Busby & yourself relative to a certain strip of land half of a rod wide which both claim; I suggest to you to give Sister Busby one hundred and fifty dollars and get a deed for the land, and stop all such scandalous proceedings as took place yesterday.
