Prest. B. Young instructed me before he went to Provo, to send you the enclosed copy of a letter, which as you read will explain itself. He further wished you to do what you could for this sister & if she was in need of anything, if proper, to let her have it.

As the Prest. has gone, this does not bear his signature, but I have written just what he told me.
