Dear Bro:-

Your letter of 25th inst dated at Omaha was received this morning, and with this you will receive the letter you require to accompany Statement of claims, with the addition of some particulars about the Big Fill, claim for interest and of your appointment as my attorney for this business: also the copies of final estimates of Bernard Snow, E. R. Young, J W Lewis & Co. W. G. Child & A. Noon as requested, also John Taylor.

I wish you to proceed with all due diligence to settle up this matter and get the pay so that I can pay up the brethren
