Dear Brethren:-

Yours of the 28th ult. on Railroad business has been received. I cannot give you any information as to when the Railroad Company will pay up, but we are using our best endeavours to obtain a settlement which I trust will be successful at no distant date. As soon as payment is made by the Company we will lose no time in settling with Sub-contractors.
