Dear Bro:-

Yours of the 11th inst has been received with relation to Bro Thomas Morrell. I regret to say that my Silk Worms this season are nearly all destroyed. I expected to have been able to manufacture not less than $1500.00 worth of Silk this season, instead of which I am left nearly without stock.

If Bro. Morrell should ever visit the City I would be pleased to have him call & see me, but I can give him no employment to manufacture Silk this season.
