Dear Sir:-

Yours of the 7th inst. for Two copies of the "Book of Mormon" has been received. They can be had at the "Deseret News Book Store." S. L. City, price of each $1.24 or they will be sent to you by mail on receipt at that house of $3.50/100.

It is proper for me to say that the "Book of Mormon" is not the "Mormon Bible." The Bible used by the Latter-day-Saints is the Old & New Testaments. The "Book of Mormon" is a history of the Aboriginies of this Continent & the latter-day-Saints believe it, because it is truth, as they would any other truth, or set of truths, upon firm conviction.
