Yours of the 13th inst concerning Cyrus Bates; Edward Hunter, & James Wrathall, who were called on a Mission to Bear Lake has been received.

As regards these Brethren going on this Mission, they are at liberty to consult their own feelings, and
either go or stay at home, just as they please. However if they are able, I should prefer them to go.
