Your note to B. H. Schettler Esqr. of the 22nd. inst. with one hundred <dollars> Currency enclosed is received. For which please find enclosed draft No 1988 on A. Carrington Esq. 42 Islington, Liverpool England for fourteen Pounds, five shillings & eight pence Sterling (£14.5.8)

As we invariably make our drafts payable to the order of the party who pays in the money, you will please see that it is properly endorsed by Joseph D. Smith before sending it to England.
