Dear Sir:-

Your application for an authentic copy of the Book of Mormon has been received, and to-day I will mail you a Copy. The Edition sent is the only authorized edition published. The cost of the Work including postage is $1.50.

Mr. Snow to whom you allude, is I think Mr. Erastus Snow. He resides in the southern part of the Territory about 350 miles from S. L. City & is quite a young man yet. He is a Member of the Senate in our Territorial Legislative Assembly.
