Sir:-

I am in receipt for your letter & circular concerning the "Improve Jonval Turbine Water Wheel" The Turbines have occupied considerable attention in this Territory & are now in very general use.

I cannot say what success you would be likely to meet with now that the most of our Mills are furnished but if you wish to open communication Mr. H. B. Clawson is the Business Manager of the largest General Mercantile House in the Territory & the most proper person to facilitate the business.
