Dr bro:-

I presume that the 'List of Persons' ordered out from Europe by President Young would not reach Liverpool till about the 20th August, and it is doubtful if they could, many of them, come on the Ship which sailed on the 25th August; hence there will have to be a company after that date, very likely,-- it must be so.

Enclosed is Dft of Hooper Eldredge & Co of this date on Riggs & Co for $2500.00 Currency Dollars, also that of Wells Fargo & Co. on 84 Broadway N. Y. for $1200.00 Gold Coin; which will, altogether, with what has been sent you before, amot to over Twenty Thousand Dollars, This money is all to be considered as money remitted to you on acct of the Lpool Office, and it may be necessary for you to remit to bro. Carrington, or advise him to draw on you. You should send him all you have left at last on coming away, as he needs it.

Your brother,

T. W. Ellerbeck
