Dear Bro:-

I wish particularly to impress upon your mind the fact as I have told you in all my letters before that all the money we have sent you is to be credited to the Lpool Office, bro. Carrington Agt: and therefore you are to either send it to him or disburse it as per his written orders. We can not very well send him the money direct from here and therefore send it to you that you may send it to him as I wrote to you yesterday. But, inasmuch as bro Carrington may wish to send you money to pay R. R. fares with and he may thereby draw on you, it will save expenses on so much as you do not need to remit. There is one thing however certain, viz: every dollar sent you belongs to Carrington to pay the Presidents drafts with, and he must have it or our finances are ruined that's all.

Your brother

T. W. Ellerbeck
